We ensure that our personnel meet required state licensure standards. In addition, all licensure is verified to ensure validity. Our nurses have current health statements, Including TB testing, and all have current CPR certification. Our comprehensive screening process also includes employment verification, criminal background, and drug screening. We follow the guidelines recommended by OSHA and Joint Commission and provide regular in-service programs such as infection control, fire and safety and more.

Whether you're short-staffed around the holidays or looking for a last-minute fill-in for an overnight shift, Care Connection Nursing has an on-call person ready to help. It means you get immediate answers, and immediate service. No matter what time of day (or night) you call, you will speak directly with one of our staffing specialists who can provide immediate help locating the local nursing professionals you need. We can supplement your temporary health care staffing needs during census fluctuations, openings of new units or difficult-to-fill scheduling situations. Here, we pride ourselves on being the integrated staffing partner for health care facilities in our area. Care Connection Nursing is committed to providing personalized, caring and committed service to our clients and nurses.  Our Staffing support consists of day to day PRN scheduling, block booking, and long term contracting for facilities located throughout the State of Pennsylvania.  Specialties include:  Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's), Registered Nurses (RN's), and Nursing Assistants (CNA's).
